Excel
Form
The Excel form is available in 2 formats; compressed (quicker download, more steps) or
regular (slower download, less steps). For the
compressed version just click on the link and save the file to your
computer's desktop. Once the file has downloaded, double click on the icon
and the file will begin expanding; you will be asked where to save the file,
save it to your desktop. Fill out the form and remember to save
before attaching it to an e-mail.
The regular version
requires that you "right-click"
on the link and save the file to your desktop. If you "left-click"
the form it will open in your browser but you will not be able to save it or
attach it to an e-mail.
Don't forget to FAX us the
credit card authorization form, this is a requirement of our bank.

Printable Form
Our online form can be
viewed in your browser, printed off, filled out and faxed in. You cannot
fill in the form in your browser.

Hint for
using the online form
If
you look at the very bottom of the page you will see a box called Guest
Information, beside that there is one called Belizean and Souvenir Items. If
you click on the boxes they will take you to the next page. On the other
side of the Guest Information box there are arrows (<< < >
>>) that allow you to scroll
along the boxes on the bottom to allow you to see all the selections.
All
prices are in US dollars and each item includes all applicable taxes (unless you live on one of the Hawaiian outer
islands or the interior of Alaska please don't try to make comparisons with
prices at home). When you have completed the Order Form the invoice section
will let you know what your approximate charges will be (Excel version
only). Due to market
prices and availability there will be some difference in the final charge.
The small print All prices are in US dollars,
VISA and MasterCard are accepted, prices are all approximate as the cost of items fluctuate daily, we strive to purchase your items at the lowest price possible. 48 hours notice ensures that we can shop for the best prices.
Due to fluctuations in price the final invoice may not reflect the value as calculated by this order form,
your credit card payment is only a deposit and will be debited or credited upon your arrival to reflect
the actual costs of goods delivered.
There is a minimum order value of $200US on all orders.
All orders must be paid 48 hours prior to arrival, all orders are purchased 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. For orders cancelled within 48 hours of arrival there is a
30% re-stocking fee, for orders cancelled between 48 and 96 hours prior to arrival there is a 10%
re-stocking fee, for orders cancelled 96 hours or more prior to arrival there is a full refund of any charges.
Unused Items:
We do not carry inventory and our suppliers do not accept returns.
If possible we will donate your unused items to the San Pedro Lion's Club.
